This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it when you use our platform, which includes the DEBATED debate-practice experience and the LAW courtroom experience (together, "the Platform"). One account covers both.

3. What Is Public and What Is Private
Your profile has a public side and a private side:
- Public on your profile: Your username, profile picture, experience level, debate style, points, level, streaks, public stats, badges, and public LAW trial counts (total, completed, active). Other signed-in users can view these on your public profile.
- Private: Your email address, account role, subscription and payment details, and the content of your private trials and notes are not shown on your public profile.
Content you post in public debates, public courtrooms, community areas, classes, teams, and tournaments is visible to the other participants of those spaces.
4. AI Features and Your Content
DEBATED and LAW use artificial intelligence to generate debate responses, feedback, scores, rulings, verdicts, and analysis. To provide these features, your inputs (debate arguments, trial arguments, questions, transcripts, and related content) are sent to third-party AI providers for processing. The purposes are to generate your feedback and results and to improve your experience. We do not sell your personal data or your content.

7. Recipients and Processors
We use third-party providers to operate the Platform. These may include:
